Ooh Mama started in 2012 and has evolved from a small choir for a few Mums, to a 30-40 strong group of ladies who perform a variety of musical styles and pieces in many different settings.
Did you know . . . ?
We perform at community events and competitions and put on our own Christmas concert every year. We perform as a strong ladies choir at our own concerts during the year, or as part of the Basingstoke Festival of Choirs at concert venues like The Anvil in Basingstoke.
We occasionally join forces with our friends from other choirs, such as Basing Singers and Basingstoke Male Voice Choir.
As a community choir, fundraising is really important to us and many of our concerts raise vital funds to support our chosen Charities.
