The Mayor’s Charity Concert returns with a programme of music which includes something for everyone.
This year’s event will celebrate the key anniversaries of Jane Austen within the Borough and in nearby Steventon, as well as commemorate VE Day. These themes reflect the Mayor’s principle of fostering community cohesion by bringing people together to enhance the wellbeing of all.
The concert will showcase the huge variety and diversity of music making opportunities.
This is a great opportunity to support the Mayor’s Charity Appeal, focusing this year on the North Hampshire Prostate Cancer Support Group, and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation.
